Building Permits

The first step in getting a building permit is to fill out the application. Once your application and site plan have been submitted to City Hall, someone will be in touch with the next steps. Depending on the project, 3rd-party or engineering reviews may be necessary. Once your application and plans have been reviewed, a permit can be issued. This process can take up to 60 days to complete.
